Delete your account
Deleting your account permanently removes your account and owned portfolios, investments, investment transactions, income, expenses, plans, and financial snapshots. It cannot be undone.
From the app
Open More → Settings → Permanently delete account and follow the confirmation steps.
Without the app
Use the secure account deletion page with your saved device secret. You do not need to install or sign in to the app.
If the page is unavailable, contact [email protected]. Never email your secret. Email alone is not proof of account ownership; deletion requires verification.
What happens to backups?
Live records are deleted, but backups and minimal deletion metadata have separate retention. Read the privacy policy before confirming. Copies on other devices may remain offline; clear their app storage separately.
